Blue Vista Resort

Blue Vista Resort has been family-run since the 1960s, offering visitors a quiet refuge from the busy world at the end of Arbutus Drive near Bennett Bay. Today the Magee-Miller family are the proud owners.

Over the years the family has kept the place simple and affordable while steadily improving it. Major upgrades and modernizations came in the last decade, and more recently a number of cabins were refurbished with new queen and king beds and microwaves. A children's play centre was added beside the picnic, barbecue and lawn areas, and the cable TV and Wi-Fi were upgraded.

The idea has stayed the same: nine clean, comfortable, self-catering cottages under the trees, open all year, a brief walk from the Bennett Bay shoreline. Returning guests often say the resort just keeps getting better.
