Working with meticulously cut and shaped strips of paper, Anne-Maree transforms flat mediums into breathtaking works of dimensional art. From the rhythmic concentric patterns of her abstract geometric compositions to intricately detailed coastal scenes like local lighthouses and native flora, every piece captures a unique sense of texture, movement, and light.
Her original framed artworks can be viewed in person at the Mayne Island Resort. Beyond her studio practice, Anne-Maree loves sharing her craft with the community, occasionally offering hands-on paper quilling classes through MIALS (Mayne Island Assisted Living Society). Her pieces serve as captivating, tactile focal points that celebrate both fine craftsmanship and island life.
